Every company I’ve worked for has process for coming up with great ideas. The problem I see everywhere is the ability to get them done.

I’ve built and led integrated marketing teams, but I’m just as comfortable rolling up my sleeves and building ads, optimizing conversion rates, writing website copy, or setting up email SMTP. I’ve hired designers, trained marketing teams, and managed multi-million dollar budgets, all while staying informed on the details. I don’t just point at problems, I fix them. Then I build the processes so they don’t happen again.

What I Bring to the Table

Seventeen years of making marketing work across go-to-marketing campaigns, SEO, paid media, email, product development, CRO, content strategy, and pretty much every digital channel you can think of. I’ve launched websites, built SaaS go-to-market strategies, managed B2C and B2B acquisitions, and grown organic traffic by double digits year over year.

I’m comfortable in the weeds (website design, analytics platforms, marketing automation) and in the boardroom (presenting strategy to stakeholders, aligning with C-suite on OKRs). I’ve worked with scrappy startups and massive corporations. I know when to move fast and break things, and when to slow down and build it right.
